Step 4. Your Web2Fax corporate account will now be created and the administrator
will be notified by email.

Creating new users in the Web2Fax admin porthole
Log into the Web2Fax admin porthole and navigate to “Manage Users” in the top navigation bar. To add a new user click on “Add”. Enter the email address, name and surname of the new user and click “Submit”. New users will be listed in alphabetical order on the main screen of the user management section. From here the administrator has the ability to edit detail for any user, reset passwords and suspend accounts. New users that were added will receive an automated email from the system with their username, password and login destination for the Web2Fax faxing service.
Pool Credit option VS Individual credit option
The Web2Fax admin porthole gives the administrator the option between pool and individual credit accounts.
Pool Credit Option
This is a general account and all the faxes sent are deducted from the pool account.
Individual Credit Option
